    While they do (sometimes) label there food as vegan it is usually a veery gross meal. Some how I have learned to hate salad by eating it twice a day for two semesters. And if having a “salad” station classifies as having a vegan entrée then I guess it does that.

    Vegan? Any one would have a hard time being a vegetarian if they had to eat in that cafeteria. The only non animal products offered all the time is salad (iceberg lettuce at that), bread, drinks and fruit. The rest of the time they have days like fried chicken Wednesday and so on.
