Elizabethtown College has great vegan options! There is always a salad bar with many vegan toppings and dressings offered. There is a pasta station that offers wheat pasta and quinoa and veggies to mix in with the sauce and noodles. There is a sandwich station where many vegetables and hummus can make an excellent sandwich. Vegetable soup is offered occasionally. Sometimes there is a baked potato bar, or a make your own pizza bar which is great because you can leave the cheese off! Soy milk is offered.
