Bon Appetit runs the dining hall on campus. Goudy Commons is probably the most vegan-friendly, affordable dining options in Salem! Vegan items are labeled, though tend to be bland and healthy & there have been a few hiccups (honey is NOT vegan!). The soy milk machine is great…when it is working. Vegan pizza slices are cheeseless. The Willamette Vegan Club is talking with management about Meatless Mondays. I want to see Meatless and Dairy-free EVERYDAY! The student-run cafe is open extended hours and often has $1 vegan chai cookies and random vegan food options, but need to improve labeling what is vegan…

The Bistro Cafe always has vegan baked goods and is student run!
