They DO offer nondairy milk (Silk brand soymilk in vanilla and chocolate). On occassion, they also offer a nondairy dessert, but there are very limited entree options for vegans. You can get a vegan patty from the Falcon’s Nest or salad from the Canova Commons. Sometimes even the vegetable sides from the hot buffet are NOT vegan (cooked in butter/lard/bacon fat). It’s important to ask the chefs. The Action Station in the Canova Commons can sometimes make vegan options, but you have to ask the chef.

No offense to PETA, but their review isn’t accurate. CCC does NOT label vegan or even vegetarian entrees. You have to ask about everything. However, they do offer nondairy milk in both the bistro and the dining hall. They do offer vegan entrees, but usually only vegan burgers and vegan dogs. Chefs are often willing to make something special (ex. scrambled tofu, vegetable wrap) if you ask politely and explain that you can’t eat the regular options.
