    They label items incorrectly. I’m talking about cheesecake being labeled as vegan.

    Some meals offer only plain beans and rice as their vegan option, and staff are trained to limit servings for each student.

    Well, I stayed alive my freshman year. The options are not too bad, even though they will add stuff unnecessarily to things i could eat otherwise. I survived on burritos, they have a Mongolian grill with AWESOME seitan, that was probably my favorite part. They have vegan cookies often, and boca burgers. It is typical,nothing over average. I was happy to have the options.
