    There’s always a good selection of vegan dishes at several venues across campus.

    I am unsure how you gathered the information for the criteria but UM offers both soy and almond milk. Everything vegan is labeled with that green label. In the Food Zoo they have a all vegan/vegetarian line, which is just as popular as the others. It features a scratch made entree every day and never that processed stuff.
    They are even moving towards plant-based proteins. The burger grill non only serves a mushroom-beef blended burger. The grill also feature locally made black bean burgers and lentil burgers.
