I attended from 1999-2003, and even back then, I was amazed at their vegan offerings. In fact, it’s what got me to go vegetarian (and later vegan)! There are countless build-your-own stations, Tofutti ice cream, and creative dishes like vegan moussaka and vegetable gumbo.

Was pretty hard to be vegan there. Not many options that didn’t have meat or cheese. Glad I transferred.

I stayed at BU for a two-week summer program, and was consistently impressed with what they had to offer. They denote which options are vegan, there was good variety as well as salad and rice every day.

Lots of options… Really good also!
