    There are only two or three places with a vegan meal option. The other dining halls that have a “vegan option” almost always mean a side or a fruit or salad. Also, the places that do have vegan foods have very few sources of vegan protein, if any. Overall, disappointing vegan campus experience. I also have never heard about Meatless Mondays. Ever.
