This isn’t true. I go to UVM and they do not carry vegan options at every meal. Most of the time you eat rice and veggies or pasta and red sauce.

it’s a shame that they don’t label things accurately. I never have any idea if what I’m eating is actually vegan or not. I read a sign that said “Vegan, contains milk”

I am now a Junior at UVM and I absolutely LOVE all the vegan options in the dining halls and food stores, the fresh produce at on-campus farmer’s markets, CSA programs, and meatless Mondays. Much of the vegan food is also local as well.
