Really bad. Usually have to choose between gruely mush or plain pasta for most meals. Hopefully things improve next year with the new company.

Despite what these reviews say, good vegan options are limited verging on scant. Yes, while it is true that the dining hall offers vegan options for every meal, the VAST majority of these meals are some sort of plain lentil stew with rice or plain tofu with absolutely no taste. They claim to have made an all new vegan station as of 2023 however, this is simply another smaller salad bar where they serve cold vegetables and beans. It is obvious that the dining hall only offers the cheapest options for vegan meals and refuses to put time and energy into coming up with filling, good tasting meals. On top of this, the foods are sometimes labeled incorrectly and meals marked as vegan contain animal products. Oh, and the “vegan pizza” is just sauce on bread with some vegetables and broccoli. I have no issue with the dining staff themselves who are not to blame however, the management needs to step up their game when it comes to vegan food because it’s only getting worse.

Clark University vegan options are amazing. They offer from 4-6 vegan entreés every meal and they are always open to making adjustments at request. Their salad bar is plentifully stocked and every food is carefully and accurately labeled. To top it off, there are many vegan/vegetarian restaurants in the surrounding area most of which are very affordable.

    Clark is VERY vegan friendly!
They have a whole vegan bar aside from the salad area with different options throughout the day.
They also make vegan pizza every day and at least twice a week they have vegan desert. (Apple crisp, pumpkin pie, even vegan cupcakes!)
They also have little place markers that tell the students whether food is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, peanut free etc. Which is super helpful.
    Very very satisfied.
