    Terrible. They need to be more creative

    Pacific Union College has an all vegetarian dining hall. They’re vegan options are sometimes extremely good. However, they tend to only serve them during an event or college days. Most of the time the vegan food is soup or salad, which can get tiring. Overall the availability of vegan food is pretty decent.

    Bon Appetit @ PUC, besides being 100% vegetarian, always has vegan and gluten free options, not to mention locally grown produce and venders with small carbon footprints.
