    MNSU added a cold Vegan Bar this year next to our Hot Vegan station at the University Dining Center. It is Great!!

    The vegan food in the dining hall offers different varieties for lunch and dinner. They even added a vegan bar next to the vegan station that serves a variety of composed salads and vegan friendly options. There is a station to create your dish that is made to order and you can usually make that vegan.

How to Get Better Options »

We've been closely monitoring the status of colleges and universities across the United States over the last several months as many of them have moved to remote learning because of COVID-19.

This means that numerous schools have scaled back their dining programs or halted them entirely. For this reason, the PETA Vegan Report Card's annual update has been delayed.
