    In the cafeteria (I don’t know about elsewhere on campus), they offer “vegetarian” dishes using tofu, but they are a lame effort. This is in the heart of meat-loving territory, so one has to give them credit for trying, but it’s no more than a token effort thus far.

We've been closely monitoring the status of colleges and universities across the United States over the last several months as many of them have moved to remote learning because of COVID-19.

This means that numerous schools have scaled back their dining programs or halted them entirely. For this reason, the PETA Vegan Report Card's annual update has been delayed.
