I go to MSU and they have a wide variety of vegan food, but it seems to be the same stuff over and over again. There are so many delicious vegan foods that I think that Michigan State can utilize to have haapier vegan students.

I only really have food in Shaw hall and the only vegan food I’ve ever seen there is plain mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables and, very occasionally, vegetable minestrone soup. There is a whole vegetarian food section in that dining hall but that’s all I’ve seen there and I’m on my third semester now.

I am not satisfied. It is so hard to find something to eat sometimes. Only just the other day I found out that there are actually vegan burgers in the cafeteria. They keep them put up, and make it an inconvenience to get them:(

Stephanie, I agree with you. When I talked to Food Services about doing a “Meatless Monday”, I was rebuffed because of MSU’s connection to the agricultural college. I am dissatisfied that Sparty’s does not provide more vegan wraps. Many times I now just pack my lunch and bring it with me. On this point, I will be glad that I am graduating from MSU in May.
