Although our dining halls do provide vegan options, they are very limited. The student union doesn’t have more to choose from than a falafel pita (which is very delicious) and a burrito from Qudoba. The dining halls have ignored our efforts to meet with them about providing more options for students with dietary restrictions, so there’s a long way to go but I think we’ll get there in a few years as long as we have students who are dedicated to making a change 🙂

They need to do more to promote the vegan food at UCF

The cafeteria has mostly meat and maybe one vegetarian option. If you’re a vegan, good luck. You pretty much have a really sad salad bar, some cooked veggies, and pasta. Other than that, you’re pretty limited.

A couple decent vegetarian options. Extremely limited vegan options, though. No me gusta.
