On campus there are several eateries with vegan and organic food, and one eatery with mostly organic vegan food. Great selections for hungry vegans!

Northridge has many food stalls in their Sierra center and elsewhere across campus. I’ve spoken to them in the past and they’ve told me that they do try to have at least one vegan option at every stall. They make good on this claim. Their Asian fusion stall has multiple options including soups, sushi, a REALLY great tofu salad with a totally vegan peanut dressing, and spring rolls. The Italian stall makes completely customizable pastas with vegan sauce options. They offer veggie burgers across campus (without cheese) and they always have fruits and veggies available, great for breakfast. Their coffee chain, Freudian Sip, has dairy alternatives. They don’t label things as vegan, but ingredients are clearly posted or are at least readily available (they will always go grab you and read you an ingredients list if you ask). It’s not vegan heaven, but they do a great job of at least being aware and trying to accommodate. I went to school there for six years (just graduated) and have been vegetarian, then vegan, the entire time.. and I ate on campus a lot.
