There are a few vegan options but not many. Since I eat on campus five days a week, I have been eating the same meals over and over. I can no longer taste the food. Also, the vegan options are not economical. It is significantly more expensive than other food options.

0% is pretty harsh. I was quite impressed by UTD’s vegetarian and vegan options, and always felt like they put a noticeable amount of effort into choosing the food. There were definitely vegetarians planning some of the food.
