CMU has wonderful vegan options! I am thrilled to eat there everyday. They have non dairy milk(soy and almond), non dairy ice cream, an awesome salad bar, jackfruit, vegan burgers, fries are fried in separate oil to not contaminate them, they have vegan cream cheese for the bagels, vegan homemade cookies on their menu cycle, enjoy life cookies available at every meal, Daiya cheese, daiya yogurt, earth balance, they offer a vegan soup at every meal, lentil loaf, quinoa sweet potato cakes, the list goes on and on…. If someone is having a hard time eating vegan here, they should ask a manager or someone to help them find these things. 🙂

The vegan options at CMU are very limited and include a salad bar and little other options.

When I was in college almost ten years ago, I found plenty of vegan options. Bagels, fresh fruit, cereal, and soy milk for breakfast, and a HUGE salad bar, create your own pasta, and stir fry for lunch and dinner. No complaints here!
